How to register for Cellphone Banking from FNB

All you need is a qualifying FNB account and any make or model cellphone operating with any one of the networks (MTN, Vodacom, Cell C or Virgin Mobile).

Registration is quick, easy and free of charge. You have a choice of the following registration channels:

1. Go to any FNB ATM (it will take around 60 seconds of your time)
2. Call 0861 313 210
3. Go to any FNB branch
4. If you are an inContact customer, dial *120*321# and follow the menu prompts on your cellphone

You will require your ATM Card and PIN to complete registration.
If you are an FNB Online Banking customer you can register online right now. To register online:

1. Login to FNB Online Banking
2. Select 'Services'
3. Select 'Cellphone Banking'
4. Proceed to register and follow the instructions

How to register for Cellphone Banking on your Cellphone, only applicable if you’re an inContact customer, dial *120*321# and follow these instructions :

Step 1:

Once confirmed the Main Menu screen seen below will appear.
Select the Prepaid
option to proceed

Step 2:

Select the Upgrade Now option

Step 3:

Welcome message displayed. Select continue

Step 4:

Enter the last 4 digits of your FNB card

Step 5:

Enter ATM card PIN number

Step 6:

Choose a 5-digit MOPIN.
This PIN will be required each time you access Cellphone Banking

Step 7:

Confirm your 5-digit MOPIN

Step 8:

A conclusion message is displayed confirming succesful registration

A confirmation SMS is
also sent
